Swim drills / focus

Swim focus the next three weeks:
  1. high catch arm
  2. focus on not dropping elbow when stretching
  3. stretch/extend when taking a breath, but too much so elbow drops
  4. lifted elbow
  5. align hand with shoulders
  6. enter water halfway to full extension
  7. keep elbow high through pull stroke
